Uniform Laboratory Referral Form - Repeal

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that specified laboratories accept a uniform laboratory referral form as the sole instrument for referrals for laboratory services; repealing the requirement that physicians must use the uniform laboratory referral form; repealing the requirement that the Insurance Commissioner adopt by regulation a uniform laboratory referral form; and repealing the requirement that the Insurance Commissioner consult with specified persons when developing the uniform laboratory referral form.
