Task Force to Study HIV Exposure in Maryland Correctional Facilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the appointment of a Task Force to conduct a study concerning the issues related to incidents of HIV exposure in Maryland correctional facilities; providing for the composition of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to submit a report by January 1, 1998; and providing for the termination of the Act.
