Real Property - Actions to Invalidate Confirmatory Deeds for Ingress or Egress Easements - Attorney's Fees

Synopsis:

Allowing a plaintiff in an action to invalidate a confirmatory deed and obtain other related relief to recover the costs and expenses of litigation, including reasonable attorney's fees, if the deed meets certain conditions; and providing that the Act applies both prospectively and retrospectively.
