Hospital Capacity and Cost Containment Act
 
Providing that a certificate of need is not required for the
conversion of a hospital to a limited service hospital; providing that
a certificate of need is not required to close a hospital or part of a
hospital if the Health Resources Planning Commission holds a public
informational hearing in the county where the hospital is located and
finds that the closing is in the public interest and is not
inconsistent with specified plans; establishing the classification of
a limited service hospital for specified health care facilities; etc.
