Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners for Charles County to prohibit persons from making repeated false alarms or engaging in patterns of unnecessary or abusive use of emergency and public safety services in Charles County; authorizing the licensing of alarm systems contractors and the setting of license fees; authorizing the revocation or suspension of an alarm systems contractor license under specified conditions; authorizing the imposition of fines; etc.
