Business Regulation - Home Improvement Commission - Penalties for First Violations

Synopsis:

Requiring the Commission to issue a written warning to a person who unknowingly or unwillfully violates specified provisions of the Maryland Home Improvement Law; providing that a person who receives a written warning shall be deemed to have knowingly and willfully violated specified provisions of the Maryland Home Improvement Law for all subsequent violations; etc.
