Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Historic Annapolis Foundation for the repair, renovation, and restoration of the Maynard-Burgess House, located on Duke of Gloucester Street in Annapolis, and the stabilization of the building, the infrastructure, and the surrounding land; and requiring the Mayor and City Council of Annapolis to convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
