Synopsis:

Extending through FY 2002 a 7.5% limit on the rate of the Baltimore City hotel tax; and requiring that for FY 1998 through 2002 at least 40% of the proceeds from the tax be appropriated specifically for convention center marketing and promotion of tourism.
