Synopsis:

Altering specified conditions relating to the age of a victim and an offender under which engaging in the act of vaginal intercourse constitutes rape in the second degree, a sexual offense in the second degree, a sexual offense in the third degree, or a sexual offense in the fourth degreee; prohibiting a parent or other person who has permanent or temporary care, custody, or responsibility for the supervision of specified persons from engaging in specified sexual conduct with those persons; etc.
