Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, and repair of, and for the provision of capital equipment and furnishings for, the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, the renovations to include acoustic modifications and nonacoustic alterations to the building, and associated site improvements.
