Business Occupations - Licensure of Computer Repair Technicians

Synopsis:

Providing for the licensure of computer repair technicians; requiring that in order to become a licensed computer repair technician in this State, an individual shall: (1) be at least 18 years old, (2) be of good moral character, and (3) comply with any other requirements that the Board establishes for license applicants; authorizing a licensee under this title to engage in the business of providing computer repair services for compensation and to use the designation "computer repair technician" in the State; etc.
