Advisory Council on Environmental Justice

Synopsis:

Establishing an Advisory Council on Environmental Justice; establishing the membership, duties, purposes, and staffing of the Advisory Council; requiring the Advisory Council to issue a report on Environmental Justice; requiring the Advisory Council to study specified policies, make recommendations, and report to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 1, 1999; and providing for the termination of the Act.
