Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person who is under 21 years of age from purchasing or attempting to purchase an alcoholic beverage except under a specified circumstance; providing that a person who is under 18 years of age who violates the Act is subject to the procedures and dispositions of the juvenile court; etc.
