Crimes and Motor Vehicle Accidents - Diplomatic Immunity

Synopsis:

Requiring criminal justice agencies to report data on any reportable event that otherwise would be sufficient for an action to be taken against an individual entitled to diplomatic privileges and immunities; requiring the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional Services to report the data to a specified bureau of the U.S. Department of State; and requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to send a copy of each accident report involving an individual entitled to diplomatic privileges and immunities to the same bureau.
