Crimes - Zero Tolerance

Synopsis:

Adding to the list of misdemeanors for which police officers may make a warrantless arrest; adding to the list of crimes for which a police officer may issue a citation; allowing a police officer who makes a warrantless arrest of an individual for specified offenses to issue a citation to the individual; requiring a court to order a defendant who is charged with petty offenses to be fingerprinted; excepting assaults in domestic violence cases from the crimes which may be charged by citation; providing exceptions to fingerprinting; etc.
