Synopsis:

Requiring the State Aviation Administrator to take specified actions to require that each officer and employee of the State Aviation Administration and every other person who provides specified goods or services at an airport property subject to the jurisdiction of the Administration wear at all times while the individual is on the premises of specified airport property an official identification badge that contains a photograph of the individual.
