Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to verify specified information through the Office of the Comptroller when issuing or renewing a license of a drivers' school; specifying consequences if the Administration finds discrepancies between a school's list of licensed instructors on record with the Administration and the information obtained from the Office of the Comptroller; and providing for the suspension of a drivers' school's license if discrepancies between the lists cannot be accounted for.
