Synopsis:

Establishing that the prohibition against possessing, using, manufacturing, distributing, or selling "readers" does not apply to a law enforcement officer who is possessing or using a reader in the course of an official police investigation or persons who are authorized to manufacture "readers" for distribution or sale to a law enforcement agency or distribute or sell "readers" to a law enforcement agency.
