Prohibiting a franchisor from requiring a franchisee to obtain specified goods and services used in the establishment or operation of a franchise from sources designated by the franchisor; prohibiting a franchisor from terminating a franchise prior to its expiration without good cause; prohibiting a franchisor from enforcing specified restrictions against a franchisee engaging in a franchised business after the expiration or termination of a franchise; etc.
