Synopsis:

Requiring an automotive repair facility to disclose to a customer any commission that is paid by the automotive repair facility in connection with the sale of repairs or sale of automotive parts installed in connection with repairs made by the automotive repair facility; and specifying the manner in which disclosure must be made.
