Synopsis:

Repealing { 13-619 of the Transportation Article, which authorizes the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue special vehicle registration plates for Class A, D, E, and M vehicles to members of a nonprofit organization with at least 25 vehicle owners applying for the special organizational registration plates if the members of the group are otherwise eligible under regulations promulgated by the MVA; prohibiting the MVA from renewing the registration of plates issued under { 13-619 of the Transportation Article; etc.
