Synopsis:

Requiring that a flag that is, or is incorporated into, an emblem or logo placed on special organizational registration plates be the flag of the United States, the flag of the State, or a flag that was incorporated into a symbol or flag of a subdivision of the State before July 1, 1997; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to provide notice; etc.
