Requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a mandatory integrated pest management (IPM) program in public schools; requiring oversight by the Secretary; requiring each school district to designate an IPM coordinator; specifying the classifications for pesticides; requiring that specified information be provided to individuals; requiring schools to maintain a pesticide notification list; requiring prior notice of pesticide application to those on the list; etc.
