Motor Vehicles - Seat Belts - Exemption Sticker

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to design and create a seat belt exemption sticker; requiring the Administration to issue a seat belt exemption sticker to a person who is eligible for a certain medical exemption from the mandatory seat belt law; and requiring the Administration to adopt regulations governing the manner in which a seat belt exemption sticker must be displayed on a motor vehicle.
