Correctional Detention Facilities - Authorization for Medical Treatment of Juvenile Inmates

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified officers of specified correctional facilities, on the recommendation of a health care provider, to authorize medical treatment of a juvenile inmate under specified circumstances; and specifying that liability may not attach to those officers for authorizing medically necessary treatment of a juvenile inmate under specified circumstances.
