Child Support - Nonpayment - Consequences

Synopsis:

Prohibiting parents who have failed to pay child support for over 60 days at the time of the minor's death from: (1) filing or receiving money from certain wrongful death actions, (2) receiving distributions from the minor's estate, and (3) receiving any portion of benefits from any life insurance policies on the minor's life; and generally relating to parents who fail to pay child support.
