Synopsis:

Altering the annual registration renewal fee required under the Maryland Health Club Services Act for specified persons who provide health club services; excluding specified payments from the definition of "outstanding liabilities" for purposes of determining the amount of specified bonds required under the Maryland Health Club Services Act; requiring specified persons to provide specified notices and disclosures to consumers; etc.
