Family Law - Applicability of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children

Synopsis:

Providing that the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children applies to situations in which children are placed with parents or other family members who reside outside of the State, or with persons in the State who are permanent residents of another state; and requiring that proper authorities be notified prior to specified placements.
