Possession of Marijuana - Penalties

Synopsis:

Increasing the fine for a first offense of the unlawful use or possession of marijuana, in place of or in addition to imprisonment for not more than 1 year to an amount not to exceed $10,000; and increasing the penalties for a second or subsequent offense to imprisonment for not more than 4 years or a fine not to exceed $25,000 or both.
