Entitled:
Good Samaritan Immunity - Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedics

Synopsis:

Clarifying that an individual who is certified by the State as an emergency medical technician-paramedic is entitled to qualified immunity from civil liability for providing assistance or medical care under specified circumstances; and repealing a provision making passage of the Act contingent upon the passage of legislation creating a State licensing procedure for paramedics.
