Campaign Finance and Ethics Law - Fund-Raising and Disclosure

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, members of the General Assembly, or persons acting on behalf of any of these individuals, from joining in specified fund-raising activities during specified periods of time; establishing procedures for the computerization of campaign fund reports; prohibiting specified lobbyists from serving on specified fund-raising or political committees; and requiring a specified report from the State Administrative Board of Election Laws.
