Synopsis:

Transferring from the Secretary of State to the State Administrative Board of Election Laws the authority to collect and monitor campaign contribution data reported by persons doing business with State or local government; revising the requirements for reporting campaign contributions by persons doing business with State or local government; and providing notice to contractors of the reporting requirements.
