Highways - HOV Lanes - Clean Fuel Motor Vehicles

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Highway Administration to authorize the driver of a clean fuel motor vehicle to drive in a high occupancy vehicle lane; and authorizing the Administration to draft regulations and to prohibit drivers of trucks and certain other classes of clean fuel motor vehicles from driving in a high occupancy vehicle lane.
