Education - Obtaining a High School Diploma by Examination

Synopsis:

Broadening the authority of the State Board of Education to grant an exemption to any high school student in a public or private school program in the State from the requirement that the student have withdrawn as a regular full-time student for at least 3 months before being able to obtain a high school diploma by examination.
