Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Center on Domestic Violence

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County for the planning, design, renovation, construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment and furniture for, a center on domestic violence to be located in Montgomery County, to be used for inpatient and outpatient services for victims of domestic violence and their families.
