Volunteer Fire Companies, Rescue Squads, and Emergency Medical Services Units - Command and Supervisory Responsibilities

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a member of a volunteer fire company, rescue squad, or emergency medical services unit from supervising a person who is employed by a State, county, or municipal fire department, rescue squad, or emergency medical services unit except under certain circumstances; and prohibiting a member of a volunteer fire company, rescue squad, or emergency medical services unit from commanding the operations of an integrated response to a fire, rescue, or emergency medical services call except under certain circumstances.
