Synopsis:

Limiting the number of consecutive terms that an individual may serve in the House of Delegates and the number of consecutive terms that an individual may serve in the Senate of Maryland; prohibiting a member of the Senate of Maryland from being a candidate for election to the House of Delegates immediately upon the completion of a certain number of terms in the Senate of Maryland under specified circumstances; limiting the number of cumulative terms that an individual may serve in the General Assembly; etc.
