Insurance - Competitive Rating - Excessive Rates - Refunds of
Premiums
Authorizing the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to order a refund of
the excessive portion of premiums collected for a period not exceeding
1 year prior to the date that the Commissioner disapproves a rate that
is determined to be excessive; and authorizing the Commissioner to
require interest to be paid if a refund is ordered.
