Insurance - Repeal
Repealing competitive rating for private passenger motor vehicle
insurance and homeowners insurance; clarifying that the competitive
rating applies to workers' compensation insurance and employer's
liability insurance; repealing a basis on which the Insurance
Commissioner may disapprove rates without determining whether a
reasonable degree of competition exists; and generally relating to
competitive rating for establishing rates for specified types of
insurance.
