Health Resources Planning Commission - Certificate of Need - Nursing Facilities Implementation Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring a person that has been issued a certificate of need to build, develop, establish, or operate a nursing facility for which the certificate of need was issued within 3 years; providing for specified exeptions; requiring a person that intends to transfer a certificate of need to another person or location to apply to the Health Resources Planning Commission for approval; specifying the criteria for determining whether to approve a transfer; etc.
