Health Insurers and Health Maintenance Organizations - Inpatient Hospitalization Coverage - Treatments for Breast or Testicular Cancer

Synopsis:

Requiring health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide a specified minimum length of inpatient hospitalization coverage after a mastectomy or removal of a testicle or lymph node dissection that is performed for the treatment of breast or testicular cancer; requiring that insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations provide coverage for home visits under specified circumstances; requiring specified persons to provide a specified notice; etc.
