Community-Based Residential Programs - Group Homes - Minimum Staff Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring a person, in order to obtain and maintain a certificate of approval or a license to provide certain community-based residential services in a group home or alternative living unit to individuals with developmental disabilities, to employ staff that meet certain minimum age and education requirements; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations related to minimum requirements for staff employed to provide such residential services in a group home to individuals with a mental disorder; etc.
