Tax Credits - Employment of Individuals with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against specified State taxes for wages and child care on transportation expenses related to qualified employees with disabilities, as defined; providing for the calculation of the credit; requiring the Department of Fiscal Services to complete a study of the effect of the credit by December 1, 1999; applying the Act; providing for the termination of the credit after 3 years and 3 months; etc.
