Synopsis:

Authorizing a personal representative of a decedent's estate to serve without continuing court supervision under specified circumstances; providing that inventories, accounts, and specified payments are not subject to court review and approval in unsupervised administration except as provided; allowing use of tax assessments for valuation of real property included in an estate; providing that for inheritance tax purposes the value of property that passes from a decedent is the value at the date of the decedent's death; etc.
