District Court - Appeals - Enforcement of Certain Local Codes

Synopsis:

Providing that appeals from the District Court to a circuit court in any matter of contempt arising under a petition filed by a county or municipality for enforcement of specific local codes shall be heard on the record made in the District Court rather than de novo.
