Crimes Involving Motor Vehicles - Drivers' Licenses - Issuance and Suspension

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to refuse to issue a driver's license to any person who is under 18 years of age and who has been convicted of certain offenses involving motor vehicles; requiring the Administration to suspend the license of any person who has been convicted of certain offenses involving motor vehicles for at least 1 year; and making it a misdemeanor for a person to drive while the person's license is suspended under the Act.
