Entitled:
Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Voluntary Dynamometer Testing

Synopsis:

Providing that a $150 expenditure on emissions related vehicle repairs within 60 days after the initial exhaust emissions test will qualify a vehicle owner for a waiver from specified vehicle exhaust emissions retests under the State's emissions control program; and requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to offer to owners of vehicles subject to the emissions control program the option to voluntarily submit their vehicles to transient mass-emission testing utilizing a dynamometer and the IM 240 driving cycle.
