Obscenity - Providing Minors with Access to Harmful Materials

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from exhibiting to, selling tickets to, or admitting a minor to a presentation that contains material that is harmful to minors; prohibiting a person from selling, showing, distributing, advertising for sale or distribution, or distributing to minors material that is harmful to minors; prohibiting owners and managers of businesses from providing minors with access to material that is harmful to minors; establishing a definition for "harmful to minors"; etc.
