Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Waivers - Minimum Qualifying Expenditures

Synopsis:

Extending through 1998 the period during which a $150 minimum expenditure on emissions related vehicle repairs will qualify the vehicle owner for a waiver from vehicle exhaust emissions retests under the State's emissions control program; and extending to January 1, 1999, the date on or after which a vehicle owner must make the minimum expenditure specified by federal law for emissions related repairs in order to qualify for a waiver from an exhaust emissions retest.
