Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $1,300,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the School for Contemporary Education in Laurel, Maryland for site preparation, and for the repair, planning, design, renovation, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for an addition to the main building of the School for Contemporary Education, a school which currently is serving students who have been referred from the boards of education of eight counties in the State.
